Shipping: Tumblers are made to order and customized for you! Please allow 5 to 7 days prior to shipping for the creation process to take place. Returns: Due to the made-to-order nature and customizaiton of this product, returns are only accepted if there is a flaw in craftmanship or item arrives damaged. Please notify me within 15 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

You can! I can add most designs / logos. Things you want to keep in mind: Type of image needed: - A simple image with solid, well-defined lines will give you the best quality output. - Most images lose integrity when their size is increased. If the image is under 4 in x 4in (384px x 348px) we may not be able to get the quality needed. Process: - Place your order with the decal image option chosen. In the customization section let me know it is a personal decal and you will be emailing me the image and any further details. - Email me a copy of your image and details (color, etc.). I will email you to confirm I have received your email and/or if I have any questions or concerns about the image sizing. - Once I have a your image the creation process starts! The decal option includes the white space seen on the Decal Size Options slide of the listings. You can fill that space with words, images or both. If multiple options are chosen, be sure to let me know how you would like those images placed in that space. If you would like to add decals spaced all over your tumbler or have a special request please email me for pricing. (i.e. flowers spaced all over tumbler)
